Refund & Cancellation Policy
Product Orders
Orders for standard products may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized Products
Customized planters, FRP products, landscaping materials, fabricated items, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Design & Landscaping Services
Advance payments made towards site visits, design consultation, customized drawings, fabrication, or installation scheduling are generally non-refundable after work has commenced.
Damaged Products
If a product is received damaged during transit, customers must notify Virtu9 within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. After verification, Virtu9 may arrange a replacement or issue an appropriate refund at its discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Order Changes
Customers may request modifications before manufacturing or dispatch. Any additional costs arising from such changes will be communicated before execution.

Inspection Upon Delivery
